Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf: Known for the elegant City-West district, Kurfürstendamm and the Tiergarten.
Spandau: A rather western and quiet district with its own historic old town.
Steglitz-Zehlendorf: A green district in the south-west with many villas, lakes and woods.
Tempelhof-Schöneberg: Known for the sprawling Tempelhofer Feld and its colourful neighbourhoods.
Neukölln: A bustling and diverse district in the south with a creative scene.
Treptow-Köpenick: The largest district in terms of area in the south-east, with plenty of water and nature.
Marzahn-Hellersdorf: Known for its architecture, featuring large housing estates, as well as the Gardens of the World.
Lichtenberg: Located in the east, it offers a mix of urban centres and quiet outlying areas.
Reinickendorf: A district rich in woodland and water in the far north.
